Here’s a realistic morning setup that saves 30–45 minutes every weekday. It uses free tiers only and won’t break if you miss a day.
Workflow 1: Fast Email Triage (10 min)
Tools: Gmail filters, Perplexity,
optional Zapier.
Goal: Separate signal from noise and surface “must-reply” first.
- Create a Gmail label “To-Reply” and filter senders/domains that matter.
- Skim those only. Star anything that needs action.
- For long emails, paste into Perplexity: “Summarize key asks in 3 bullets.”
Workflow 2: Meeting Prep in 5 (auto-notes)
Tools: Calendar, Notion AI or Docs.
Goal: Walk into meetings with a one-pager you didn’t hand-type.
- Create a Notion template: “Agenda • Decisions • Risks • Next Steps”.
- Paste the meeting invite + last notes. Ask Notion AI to draft questions & risks.
- After the call, “Summarize decisions and owners” → paste to Slack/email.
Workflow 3: Pre-Scheduled Social (2 posts/week)
Tools: Typefully (free) or native X drafts,
Canva for a quick visual.
Goal: Consistency without daily context switching.
- Pick 1 insight from your week. Draft a 3–5 tweet mini-thread.
- Use Canva to make one simple visual. Keep the same template weekly.
- Schedule two posts for Tue/Thu 9am. Done.
Optional Bonus: Blog-to-Video
Tools: Your blog, Pika or CapCut, TTSMaker for voiceover.
- Turn your latest post into a 30–45s short: hook → 3 bullets → CTA.
- Use TTS for voice if you’re going faceless.
- Share to YouTube Shorts + X video.
